Not every fracture can be cured by reposition and immobilization of fractured limb in plaster cast. More complicated ones, usually induced by high energetic injuries (traffic accidents, falls from height) or caused by the poor bone structure, require more complex medical procedures because for example soft tissues disruption associated to the trauma.
