7.0ChLP condylar femoral plate

is dedicated to stabilize distal femur. Its shape fits the femur anatomy. The alternating angular inclination of the screws provides better stabilization. The plate is thinner in its condylar area. Wide range of the plates’ length as well as right / left version allow for optimal implant selection relatively the fractures’ nature.

INDICATIONS:

  • comminuted distal femur fractures and fractures extending to the femoral shaft;
  • malunions and non-union of the bone.

It is not allowed to profile the locking plates while implantation is performed in percutaneous method with the use of targeters. Implant profiling prevents its proper functioning with the targeter.

CHARFIX2 nail FN

is a solution when other treatment method failed.

It is made of titanium and its alloys and is used to join femur and tibia at the side of knee resection or partially removed join surface.

INDICATIONS:

  • failed knee arthroplasty;
  • post-infaction state;
  • periprosthetic fractures;
  • post-traumatic state excluding knee prosthesis implantation;
  • tumors in knee area;
  • loss of or damage to the extensor mechanism;
  • oncological changes;
  • arthroplasty of the knee joint.

7,0ChLP HEPI plates

are used to inhibit longitudinal growth of the epiphyseal cartilage in the angular correction of long bones deformation.

Different variants of locking holes spacing in the plates allow for the optimal selection of the implant relatively the deformation cases.

The plates must not be profiled.

7.0ChLP femoral shaft plates

INDICATIONS:

  • comminuted fractures of femur shaft;
  • malunion or non-union of the bone.

Due to the more favorable force distribution, it is recomeded to use longer plates.

It is not allowed to profile the locking plates in percutaneous method of implantation with the use of targeters. Implant profiling prevents its proper functioning with the targeter.

CHARFIX femoral nail

CHARFIX femoral nail is a universal solution, which depending on a fracture type, enables the intramedullary fixation with the reconstructive, compression, dynamic, static or retrograde method.
Retrograde nail insertion grants the intramedullary osteosynthesis of a femur, in which there already has been a hip prosthesis or other implant inserted in its proximal part.
The locking set – an integral part of the system allows the compression fixation of the condyles.
The combination of three different nails in one implant improves effectiveness of the whole medical team – simplifies mastering of the surgery technique, reduces logistic problems and gives a great flexibility during the surgery.
