CHARFIX2 condylar retrograde femoral nail
was designed to treat the fractures of distal femur meta-epiphysis with particular emphasis on supracondylar fractures. The pathological fractures can be also treated with CHARFIX2 condylar nail. Its additional advantage is the possibility of supplying diaphysis femur fractures with previously implanted hip or knee endoprothesis.
Nail design and its dedicated locking elements provide the effective fracture stabilization using various locking methods.
Radiolucent targeters included in the instrument set facilitate access to the fracture site from both sides of the injured limb and allow for intraoperative control of the implant position without their removing.

7.0ChLP ankle arthrodesis plates
3,0ChLP locking implants system – hand
3.0 ChLP system of locking plates is intended for the fixation of small bones of the hand.
The system offers the implants in two different thickness and variety of shapes corresponding the bone anatomy.
Thickness difference (0.8 mm and 1.2 mm) and their profiles that match the anatomy allow to manage a wide range of fractures within the hand.
The bevelled edges of the plates and the design of locking holes (screw heads do not protrude above the plate surface) significantly reduce the irritation of peri-implant tissues.
The locking holes were designed so that all types and diameters of the screws available within the system can be used.
Dedicated instrument set with full range of complementary tools ensures ergonomic work on the operating theatre.
5,0 ChLP distal tibial L plate
Distal tibial L plate allows to manage the comminuted epiphyseal fractures of distal tibia.
The anatomically optimized plate profile increases the scope of application despite the wide range of tibia anatomies and facilitates anatomical reduction of fracture.
The plate design reduces the soft-tissues irritation, increases its strength in the shaft part and metaphysis and improves stress distribution.
The holes’ distribution in the epiphyseal part of the plate provides stable support for the articular surface.
The oblong hole for the plate positioning, located in the shaft part of the plate, allows for compression in both directions.
Each locking hole is adapted to all types of screws: non-locking, locking and variable-angle VA. Thus gives multiple configuration for individual case.
The heads of the locking screws do not protrude above the plate surface what significantly reduces tissue irritation.
