Intervertebral cervical locking cage
Intervertebral cervical locking cages, made of highly biocompatible materials (PEEK polymer, titanium alloy and tantalum) are used in C3 – C7 spine spondylodesis.
Implants are designed so, to match the anatomy of cervical vertebrae the best, to ensure maximum safety of their use. Large spaces inside the cage allow for application of autologous bone graft or bone substitute. The asymmetrical serrations prevent the cage migration and the cooperating with the cage locking screws, made of titanium alloy, allow to use the implant without additional stabilization.
Intervertebral cervical locking cages are offered in two footprints and profiles: lordotic and anatomic.
Compact and intuitive instrument set facilitate the surgeon’s work in the operating theatre.
Transpalatal distractor
Used in correction of the deformities of the maxilla, especially in skeletally mature patients.
Various length variants of distractor allow for optimal implant selection relatively the deformity type.
Distractor is attached to the bone with the microsrews of the 2.0ChMP System.
radial head prosthesis
System for radial head replacement consists of:
- implants,
- instrument set,
- instructions for use and surgical technique.
INDICATIONS:
Indications for the radial head replacement in the case of comminuted fracture (Type III according to Mason Classification) are the following coexisting injuries:
- dislocation of the elbow joint together with radial head fracture;
- injury of the medial collateral ligament;
- injury of the lateral collateral ligament;
- Monteggia type injury with the olecranon fracture and the radial head fracture;
- fracture of the major part of the coronoid process (Types II and III);
- coexisting injury of the distal radioulnar joint (Essex-Lopresti type) or injury of the interosseus membrane;
- As a combination of the above – complex injury and instability.
The presented prostheses are made of cobalt alloy and UHMWPE polyethylene in accordance with ISO 5832 and ISO 5834 standards. High quality of the prostheses is confirmed by Quality Management System and by meeting the requirements of 93/42/EEC Directive.
Implants and the instrumentarium have been developed in cooperation with Professor S. Pomianowski, Head of the Department of Orthopaedy and Traumatology Post Graduate Medical Center in Otwock.
CHARFIX femoral nail
CHARFIX femoral nail is a universal solution, which depending on a fracture type, enables the intramedullary fixation with the reconstructive, compression, dynamic, static or retrograde method.
Retrograde nail insertion grants the intramedullary osteosynthesis of a femur, in which there already has been a hip prosthesis or other implant inserted in its proximal part.
The locking set – an integral part of the system allows the compression fixation of the condyles.
The combination of three different nails in one implant improves effectiveness of the whole medical team – simplifies mastering of the surgery technique, reduces logistic problems and gives a great flexibility during the surgery.
