CHARFIX2 nail FN

is a solution when other treatment method failed.

It is made of titanium and its alloys and is used to join femur and tibia at the side of knee resection or partially removed join surface.

INDICATIONS:

  • failed knee arthroplasty;
  • post-infaction state;
  • periprosthetic fractures;
  • post-traumatic state excluding knee prosthesis implantation;
  • tumors in knee area;
  • loss of or damage to the extensor mechanism;
  • oncological changes;
  • arthroplasty of the knee joint.

CHARFIX forearm and fibula nail

CHARFIX forearm and fibula nail provides stable fragment fixation of ulna, radius and fibula shafts resulting from closed or opened fractures and osteoporotic  injuries.
The instrument set enables the shaping of the nail during the surgery.

ChFN trochanteric nail

ChFN trochanteric nail is intended for intramedullary osteosynthesis of subtrochanter femur fractures.
Implants are made of titanium alloy, thus the scope of the MRI diagnostics is broadened because of the high biocompatibility.
It is possible to enhance the fracture stabilization by application of additional join screw that eliminates rotation of the femur neck (protects the femoral head for the rotation).
All necessary implants are placed on a convenient stand.

ChARPEL reconstruction plates

reconstruction plates are used for treating pelvis fractures.

Shape and size variety allows for effective implant selection. Pre-shaped plates do not need to adhere exactly to the bone, especially when locking screw are used for implantation. Banding the plates may damage their threaded holes. However, if the plate needs to be bent to fit the bone better, bear in mind:

  • the plate can be bent only between the locking holes and not more than 20°-25°;
  • the plate should not be bent back and forth;
  • locking screws should be inserted in the bending area before the process is started – thus decreases the threaded holes deformation.
