ChARPEL reconstruction plates

reconstruction plates are used for treating pelvis fractures.

Shape and size variety allows for effective implant selection. Pre-shaped plates do not need to adhere exactly to the bone, especially when locking screw are used for implantation. Banding the plates may damage their threaded holes. However, if the plate needs to be bent to fit the bone better, bear in mind:

  • the plate can be bent only between the locking holes and not more than 20°-25°;
  • the plate should not be bent back and forth;
  • locking screws should be inserted in the bending area before the process is started – thus decreases the threaded holes deformation.

CHARSPINE2 spine stabilization with screws

is the universal set of implants for treatment of thoracolumbar and lumbar spine in skeletally mature patients with posterior approach (screw fixation from T1(T3) to S2 and hook fixation from T1(T3) to L5) and anterolateral approach (screw fixation from T4(T6) to L4(L3)).

Implants allow for treatment intended for spinal physiological curvature reconstruction by means of appropriate vertebrae reposition.

INDICATIONS:

  • degenerative disc disease;
  • spondylolistheses;
  • fractures and instabilities;
  • deformities (e.g. scoliosis or kyphoses);
  • tumors;
  • stenosis;
  • pseudoarthroses;
  • nonunion following the previous procedures.

Implants are made of titanium and its alloys and cobalt alloys in accordance with ISO 5832 standards.
